What is Monarck?

We deploy pre-configured AI agent teams for professional services businesses. Not a single chatbot, but a coordinated team of specialized agents that work together to handle real workflows.

What's an "agent team"?

A lead agent that routes work to specialized sub-agents. For example, the Legal team has a lead agent plus contracts, compliance, IP, and research specialists — each with their own playbooks and expertise.

How does setup work?

Book a discovery call, we assess your needs, provision a dedicated cloud VM, deploy your team, and walk you through everything in a 2–3 hour white-glove session. Most teams are live within a day.

Is Monarck software or a service?

Monarck is a managed deployment and operations service. You get a production-ready AI team running in your environment, not a generic SaaS chatbot.

Can you support custom workflows?

Yes. The core deployment is standardized for speed, then we layer in business-specific automations and agent behavior through Managed Care.

Our team is new to AI. Do you provide enablement?

Yes. Setup includes guided onboarding, and Managed Care covers ongoing tuning and support so your team can adopt confidently.

Do I need my own API keys?

LLM API keys are included. Token/API usage is metered and billed separately based on consumption. For third-party integrations (like CRM, messaging, and workspace tools), you still connect your own integration credentials.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing is scoped per deployment and includes a one-time implementation fee plus required monthly Managed Care. We're onboarding early partners with custom pricing — get in touch for details. LLM token usage and third-party integration costs are billed separately.

Is my data secure?

Each client runs on a dedicated VM. Your data never touches another client’s system. API keys stay on your server, and all connections are encrypted.

What are add-ons?

Universal agent teams — like Marketing — that can be added to any vertical for an additional fee. They complement your core team with capabilities that apply across industries.

What verticals do you support?

Legal is available now with a full agent team and 19+ playbooks. Accounting, Real Estate, and Trades & Field Services are coming soon.

What’s the managed care plan?

Implementation includes 14-day hypercare. Ongoing support requires Managed Care. Base is $499/month (hosting, basic security updates, up to 2 support hours/month). Premium is $999/month (ongoing business-specific agent optimizations, up to 5 support hours/month). Enterprise is coming soon as we validate and harden with smaller businesses first. Managed Care does not include token usage.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Managed Care is month-to-month. On cancellation, we provide a structured export of your customer data and operating history. Monarck infrastructure, proprietary playbooks, and managed service runbooks are not transferred.
